I hired Bay Area Building Inspections, Inc. previously for another house inspection for a deal that thankfully didn’t go through. The inspection caught some serious structural issues that we were happy to walk away from. On the second inspection, this time a different and far more well-kept house, they did another great job. I requested Kelly Gibson for both inspections because he was extremely personable, patient, and informative as I asked many questions. I’d hire him again when the time occurs.
